Pros

Some projects are very good and provide good exposure in Testing. Provide exposure to employees for working at client-side. I liked the QAIT culture.

Cons

Not many projects for Software Development and Information Security Testing. Managers don't possess adequate knowledge and exposure. Initially, they dont pay you enough, but after a year or so, appraisals are very good. More than even what top Indian companies offer.

Pros

I've been at QA Infotech for more than 8 years and I couldn't be happier. As the company grows, it takes longer to make decisions and get things done.
