Pros
I joined QA Infotech through a 100% job guaranteed training program because I did not find fresher job anywhere. I was not good in programming and testing was new but after I visited QA InfoTech and saw the CEO and a few seniors who also joined through the training program and were working there, I decided to join them. The training was taken early morning hours directly by the CEO. I remember many real life examples that he gave in the training. He always encouraged for presentation skills and communication and I thank him for that because it helped alot. I worked as a trainee and got opportunity to interact with clients and work directly with the QA lead at client site within 1 year, which my friends in other companies did not get until after 3 years. They do not hire managers from outside. Only those who have hands on experience in QA Infotech and want to become manager are given the chance to become QA lead or manager. I know good managers and bad ones but once I complained about a manger who did not know how to speak with girls, the CEO immediately took an action. The manager changed his behavior. And I was happy to see the immediate action. Food quality was ok. I know the CEO also was eating the same food. Once my baby grows a little older, I will come back and work for QA Infotech. I know you have a creche in the new office facility. Thanks for thinking of women employees. Overall a great company to work for because the management acts quickly.
Cons
When I worked at QA Infotech, cab was not provided. I have heard that now there is drop service to the metro station, which is great. Food quality was ok ok during my time but I have heard from my colleagues that the food in new office is excellent. Way to go QA Infotech.
