You're correct that we chose "Belonging & Engagement" purposefully to create environments of belonging for all employees to "BE" who they are, and we encourage everyone to stay open, authentic, curious, informed, and becoming their best selves. We work hard to keep our focus on the things that bring us together around our common mission, but we are also continuously working together to listen, learn, and grow, while offering above-and-beyond care to every person on our team. When we survey our employees, we absolutely look at every data point and every comment, and we're proud that we have published an action plan to the entire company with our commitments. Of course we celebrate the things we're doing well, but we also take accountability (another core value) and select areas in which to make a difference. We take ethics VERY seriously and have built the largest data center company in the world on our integrity, character, and the trust we've developed with our employees, customers, and our communities.
