Constantly understaffed on purpose it seems. I moved departments and there was no proper training and that department was understaffed. Always say they are doing great and making boatloads of money but they pay well below industry standard.
Site I worked at constantly played Fox News on TV's around the facility. Did awkward prayers at gatherings as they are a religious company. Despite that they are hypocritical and do things that go against contracts with customers and then expect the employees to lie to customers about said contract violations. Facility I worked at had many major failing cooling systems with no effort to actually fix the problem. Lastly they will have some corporate person come out of nowhere to randomly change processes that only benefit the company and make life harder on the employees. As many other have said, there is no work/life balance because they are constantly understaffed where it counts.
