Pros

Highly recommend not working here. The people that work here are extremely difficult to deal with. You will get yelled and screamed at on the daily and will always be in the wrong. Your opinion doesn’t matter and If you speak you will be spoken over. When you work here you will be treated as if you are nothing.

Cons

The worst job I ever had. No communication between office and warehouse employees. You will be scrutinized and criticized on the daily. If you are up In the office you can do no wrong. Anyone outside of the office will be humiliated and scolded like a child for any small mistake they make. Very unprofessional and immature work culture that aims to make the job more difficult then it needs to be with constant demoralization and micro management. If you speak up with any opinion or comment that challenges upper management you will be targeted and abuse of their power will be used against you. No room for growth is attainable at this company, whatever position you get hired as is the one you will stay at.

Pros

Optimistic leadership with very ambitious goals initially made me very excited to be apart of the company. Being a remote worker was really convenient.

Cons

I was a long time employee of Beacon and then part of QXO. The work load I was dealing with was absolutely absurd by the time I left, often working until after midnight to get through important tasks. When I put in my notice that I would be leaving for another job and I was asked what it would take for me to stay , I gave them a number and while they did offer me a raise, it was still less than I was going to be making at my new position. Fast forward to today, less than a year later, and I see IPR II positions posted with salary ranges and it's frustrating to see what I asked for right in the middle of that pay band and what I was offered to stay falling below the minimum.
