      Good health benefits at this company

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth, all decisions go through HQ and it feels like a big corporation where you can’t actually make a difference There was also a ton of turnover with management, nothing ever got done and they kept cycling through people and hiring folks who did not have enough experience

      Pay seems to be competitive

      Cons

      Organization and communication is severely lacking. The company is growing so fast that they can’t find competent people to fill the positions. Every thing you do has 10 extra steps that are unneeded. When there is an issue outside of your control, it still comes back on you to make sure you stay on schedule. Not uncommon to work 13 days straight and miss out on holidays
