      Great company to work for. It is a very unique environment with plenty of opportunities to grow and enhance your skills. Great leadership all the way to the top.

      Cons

      The cons are minimal. It can be challenging due to the language barriers, with that being said, they are very accommodating and understanding of that barrier.

      Pay seems to be competitive

      Cons

      Organization and communication is severely lacking. The company is growing so fast that they can’t find competent people to fill the positions. Every thing you do has 10 extra steps that are unneeded. When there is an issue outside of your control, it still comes back on you to make sure you stay on schedule. Not uncommon to work 13 days straight and miss out on holidays
