As you mentioned, we regularly seek input from the organization, including surveys and listening forums led by the leadership team, to help us improve our ways of working. We’d encourage you to take advantage of these channels to make a difference where you feel strongly (e.g., contact your C&T business partner to be included in a listening forum and share your input directly with leaders who can take action). The marketing department has seen increased investment to focus on brand and marketing campaigns that emphasize our end-to-end data and analytics messaging and are aligned with the sales organization. We think you’ll find their leadership team very approachable and open to talking and receiving input. Teamwork for results, yes?
