People here are young, hungry, driven and motivated to work. Employees are great, everybody has innovative ideas.
Cons
Management is the worst. CEO is micromanager, does not know how to manage employees. Hires people for one reason but asks them to do jobs totally out of their job scope or experience level. Only wants to do things his way. Turnover rate is very high, with people leaving before 1 year tenure.
