Growth opportunities in engineering and technologies. Paid for majority of my masters program. Defense and aerospace side of the company is stable and growing.
Cons
Instability and constant reorganizations due to merger with Skyworks. Company fluctuates highly based on mobile device market and trends. Beginning to be more picky on logging and cost spending, indicating downturn. Layoffs happen often. Salary revaluations only happen at promotions, which can be limited by department.
