Pros

In the almost three years I've worked at Qstream, I've witnessed incredible growth of the company as a whole, and the individuals who work here. Personally, I've been given projects and responsibilities that add value and make my time at work feel truly meaningful to the success of the business. Managers encourage curiosity and forward-thinking, and echo the importance of making time for strategic thinking alongside taking care of day-to-day tasks. Aside from the opportunity professionally, it's the people that make Qstream such a unique place to work. The culture can't be beat. I feel like my peers and colleagues genuinely care about me as a person, and want to see me succeed. The team has invested in me in more ways than one, and it is exceptionally motivating to come to the office every day. There is a strong work-life blend, as the organization is extremely supportive of families with small children and working parents such as mine. It's an exciting time to be a part of this team!

Cons

Change is a constant here, which is part of being in a fast-growth company. You must be flexible and quick on your feet (all hands on deck!) to do well here. If you can do that, this "con" then turns into another part of the challenge of working here, which is totally rewarding.

Pros

- management is always helpful and willing to support where you need - no micromanaging at all - flexible - time off is great and actually able to be used without question - pay and benefits are also good

Cons

Really can't say much in regards to cons.

Pros

The work life balance is genuinely great and there is a lot of flexibility in how you manage your time. The team is very supportive and people are always willing to help when you need it. It makes the day to day experience really positive.

Cons

The company is still evolving, so some internal processes are not as smooth or consistent as they could be yet. This can slow things down at times, but it feels like a normal part of a growing company.
