Pros

The people, the culture and the opportunity are what make this place special. The people who work here are incredibly smart and talented and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. The culture is all about creating a workplace environment that puts its people and customers first and that is a great thing to see and experience.

Cons

This is a growing company that is moving very fast and with that comes lots of change so it may not be the best fit for everyone.

- management is always helpful and willing to support where you need - no micromanaging at all - flexible - time off is great and actually able to be used without question - pay and benefits are also good

Pros

The work life balance is genuinely great and there is a lot of flexibility in how you manage your time. The team is very supportive and people are always willing to help when you need it. It makes the day to day experience really positive.

Cons

The company is still evolving, so some internal processes are not as smooth or consistent as they could be yet. This can slow things down at times, but it feels like a normal part of a growing company.
