My peers are some of the best and brightest that I have ever had the pleasure to work with in sales. Super focused to help our customers and work with prospects to experience real growth and provide value outcomes. The dedication is there and it shows through the amazing customers with some of the most highly recognizable brands experiencing this on a daily basis.

Cons

It is just the struggle of a start up but that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that has experience of working for starts up in the past.

- management is always helpful and willing to support where you need - no micromanaging at all - flexible - time off is great and actually able to be used without question - pay and benefits are also good

Pros

The work life balance is genuinely great and there is a lot of flexibility in how you manage your time. The team is very supportive and people are always willing to help when you need it. It makes the day to day experience really positive.

Cons

The company is still evolving, so some internal processes are not as smooth or consistent as they could be yet. This can slow things down at times, but it feels like a normal part of a growing company.
