Pros

Working at Qstream for several years, I was able to be a part of something great. With an inspired team of brilliant people who worked really (REALLY) hard, I learned a lot from my colleagues and managers. I was given freedom and encouraged to take initiative and run with my own projects. Overall, the culture and people I worked with daily kept me motivated over the years. A new CEO had come in to take Qstream to the next level. While I didn't get to know him before I left, I do know that he spent a great deal of time sitting and observing the client-facing team, listening to employees and having meetings with staff to make sure he gets it RIGHT for the employees and Qstream's customers. That is important!

Cons

Culture has taken a hit, and morale is low with so many changes in management and reduction in force over the last year. But fear not, because there are some AMAZING leaders in place today - in client services, marketing and sales - who still put their heart and soul into Qstream every day, and they have what it takes!

Pros

- management is always helpful and willing to support where you need - no micromanaging at all - flexible - time off is great and actually able to be used without question - pay and benefits are also good

Cons

Really can't say much in regards to cons.

Pros

The work life balance is genuinely great and there is a lot of flexibility in how you manage your time. The team is very supportive and people are always willing to help when you need it. It makes the day to day experience really positive.

Cons

The company is still evolving, so some internal processes are not as smooth or consistent as they could be yet. This can slow things down at times, but it feels like a normal part of a growing company.
