Pros

Energy was great at the start. People we worked with were great until they were nearly all laid off, coldly, for no reason.

Cons

Absolutely dishonest work environment, managers don’t care about anyway, and as for these “setting the record straight” review responses, these are clearly desperate attempts to drown out the very REAL and negative reviews. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, you will literally taint your career. If I see one more fake positive review on here I will personally name and shame here, on LinkedIn and every other job board.

Thanks for your open and honest feedback - this is something the management team take seriously and, as you know if you are still with us, have spent time with each and every employee to listen to all feedback, and share practical ideas on how to support employees, customers, and our product. The sentiment is positive with Qstreamers dedicated to continually improving on our strong client services relationships, investing in our product and winning new business. . If you are still with us, you know there is an open door policy with any senior manager, your own line manager and your new people operations manager in Dublin who would be happy to sit down with you if you would like to contribute your ideas.

Pros

- management is always helpful and willing to support where you need - no micromanaging at all - flexible - time off is great and actually able to be used without question - pay and benefits are also good

Cons

Really can't say much in regards to cons.

Pros

The work life balance is genuinely great and there is a lot of flexibility in how you manage your time. The team is very supportive and people are always willing to help when you need it. It makes the day to day experience really positive.

Cons

The company is still evolving, so some internal processes are not as smooth or consistent as they could be yet. This can slow things down at times, but it feels like a normal part of a growing company.
