Very good management, especially sales leadership. Their new product release gets it closer to market expectations. Overall they are very employee-focused and care about their staff..

Cons

Market awareness is still an issue. Also, it does not have LMS features which can be a negative. Content is coming along but still has a way to go.

- management is always helpful and willing to support where you need - no micromanaging at all - flexible - time off is great and actually able to be used without question - pay and benefits are also good

Pros

The work life balance is genuinely great and there is a lot of flexibility in how you manage your time. The team is very supportive and people are always willing to help when you need it. It makes the day to day experience really positive.

Cons

The company is still evolving, so some internal processes are not as smooth or consistent as they could be yet. This can slow things down at times, but it feels like a normal part of a growing company.
