Pros

Salary is comparable to standard rate

Cons

Time is Revealing Your Legacy Part II. You should re-evaluate your strategic plan because your front line employees continue to execute with the available resources YOU provide (manual processes, space limitations, infrastructure, and constant change and turnover). Analyze the entire name list provided (75+ leadership roles—the list is much more) and consider that all of them weren’t bad leaders/support staff after all. Your employees are NOT at fault; take ownership and accountability for your actions and not by creating a toxic and unsustainable environment and then terminate employees left and right.

Pros

QuVa Pharma is an excellent place for anyone interested in sterile manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and cleanroom operations. The company maintains high-quality standards and provides hands-on experience with aseptic techniques, batch documentation, and GMP compliance. Management encourages learning, and team leads are approachable and supportive. The work environment is structured, fast-paced, and safety-driven, which helps you develop strong technical and regulatory discipline. Great opportunity for career growth if you’re passionate about quality and operational excellence.

Cons

The workload can be demanding at times due to strict production schedules, but it teaches valuable time management and precision skills essential in a regulated environment.

Pros

Positive team culture. Lots of genuine, smart, hard-working people. Fast moving work environment. Managers are very flexible and accommodating. Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.

Cons

Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues. Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.
