Pros
I am hard pressed to find even one positive thing to say
Cons
I wish I could give zero stars. The owners only care about monetary gain which is deeply disturbing for a pharmaceutical company. All of the qualified hard working employees are dropping like flies. The company is looking at many lawsuits if it continues on its path ( from employees and customers). The Texas counterpart has virtually no injuries occurring because the lot sizes of the manufacturers are small. Because of numerous injuries at the Bloomsbury facility, the company is being ordered to address this issue and make changes. They will do anything and everything but change the lot size. Therefore, people are injured every single week ( this is literal no exaggeration needed). It begs an explanation as to why they will not reduce the lot size when it is obvious that this is the issue. This place has the high turnover rate of a fast food chain. I do not blame anyone for leaving. Currently there are seven people injured from the last few weeks and some of them need surgery!!! This is completely unacceptable. I feel terrible for all the good hard working people this company has managed to retain thus far. The head of the manufacturing departments came from another state and gave a glimmer of hope for the future of Quva and its poor employees. However, he even quit after only two months ( I hate to speculate but I imagine it is because of the inability of the owners to allow changes that would better the company and the lives of those who work there). I am disgusted beyond measure and the first chance I get I will quit too. The only reason I bothered to write a review is because I hope this saves some people before they decide to accept a job at this company.
