Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.
Cons
Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues.
Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.
