      Pros

      Great to learn different aspects of business before moving into a "full time role".

      Cons

      Poor pay. Very limited upward mobility as all employees have a lot of tenure and stay because of "job security". Management lacks innovative thinking and just looks to take cost out of the business as a means for "growth".
