Pros
Flexible work schedule when Part-time. Don't have to only do 12 or 6 hour shifts; have 10, 9, and 8 hour shifts to choose from when Part-time. Great for someone going to college.
Cons
Not guaranteed hours when Part-time. Only get a 20 minute break when working 6, 8, or 9 hours. Gets really hot during summer. Don't train new employees that well.
