Pros
Pays well for a summer job, especially when doing overtime. If you work part time, you can sign up for as many days as you want (I would work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day). Increase in pay almost every year you return.
Cons
Night shift, and standing on feet gets tiring (but you get used to it). Still, easier than other manual labor jobs offered.
