      Pros

      Very flexible hours if you are an office worker. If you work on the production floor I would say there are no pros at this company.

      Cons

      Honestly there are too many to list. The executive management team is constantly downsizing the company and employee benefits. If you are a person who likes to sit and wait to be laid off and get no raises and paid very little for the job title. This is the place for you.
