Pros
It's a job with benefits. Vacation time isn't bad after you've been employed for a while. Small bonus program for meeting physical activity goals.
Cons
They seem to acquire sinking companies, go in and lay a bunch of employees off and restructure everything, or close down plants completely. Health benefits arent good. Cult-like structure. Make you take unnecessary quizzes every month. Lay-off was abrupt, unprofessional and left a terrible overall impression of my experience. Cut tuition reimbursement in the middle of a co -worker's education without notice.
