Low salary, everyone had the same title (Customer Service), hostile work environment (on employee would have emotional breakdowns daily, slamming stuff, screaming and yelling. This caused tension within the office. This employee would also walk around calling people racists for voting a certain way, openly discussing abortion and other topics that should not be addressed in a work environment.) Management is mostly at fault as they let this behavior go on for years.
