Pros

Coworkers are generally nice and helpful; cafeteria is nice, Quad Med is convenient, insurance isn't bad.

Cons

Management doesn't necessarily understand potential hire skillsets meaning you could end up doing something completely unrelated to what you think you're getting poor/no opportunities for advancement; pay is ok but is actually lower than average for this type of employment management seems more trusting of some people than others and mentors based on who they seem to like most even though every essential function of the job can be done remotely, management seems to randomly decide who "needs" to be in the office to work while letting others work from home with no issues job is tedious/unfulfilling and a lot of the systems you'll need to use aren't going to help you outside of the commercial print industry (which is dying so this isn't a good basket to put all your eggs in....)
