Pros
U can earn @$20/hr if ur willing to ignore all the bs, get nasty sweaty stinky angry and exhausted, 4-7 days a week, for 3 straight years or so...IF they like you. Discrimination runs rampant- be it sexual racial religious or ageist. The ones that make it, DO find it hard to leave. After awhile, ur probably in the cliques n crews that make life here so hard. From the top to the bottom, doesn't matter- u just have to fit in n get along or find someone up top who favors you. Idk if thats a "pro", or not, but its true regardless.
Cons
See above* See, Quad is one if those places that u can't come in, do ur job n then go home each day. Somedays? Yes. Maybe 20% on the best average. People ruin it all. Either rude n impossible to stand, or throw u under every bus for miles, or just dumb as a box of rocks n useless to boot. The jobs themselves are just as I described above... but its a decent job. Work isn't usually "fun"; this place is poison though. The dirt n heat n pain? Just work. Hard work, but still. But add the people in, and it just turns into a open septic wound, in a doctor less country. .. cuz ur on ur own. No one cares here but yourself.
