Wear Navy Blue 5 days a week and stop thinking freely - Director Quad Employee Review

Quad demonstrates daily there lack of respect for employees who either work in manufacturing or are from outside the company. The top is very much an old school click and if you see the world different from this group you are laughed at and even looked at as inferior. "Wear your blues" 5-days a week all employees must wear the color navy blue and buy from the company all tops/shirts at full price with no discount. The company claims they are creative and colors outside of the lines, but if anyone tries to practice this they are chastised. Think about it in 2022 terms.. Uniforms? There is no forward thinking as everyone at the top are all cut from the same cloth and only know Quad. Don't think different or you will be pushed out. Get inline and march to the beat of the click.
