Really big company so there are a lot of hoops to jump through if you want to get anything accomplished.

Many great people throughout the organization.

As another review here also noted, leadership is completely lost right now. Resources have shifted away from individual contributors (comp plan) toward sales training, turning this into a great stepping stone for young sales reps rather than a place they stay. Each reduction to the comp plan pushes out tenured contributors while giving newly trained reps no reason to stick around once they're productive. Product focus also shifts constantly. A product line gets declared "the future," then shortly after, comp is cut and focus moves elsewhere.
