Pros

The benefits and pay are decent for the kind of role it is, and you get the feel of working in a larger organization with a global team. The training is extensive and they make sure their employees are well trained before they assign them projects.

Cons

I would say that I generally do not recommend this organization. The industry itself is dying, although they are moving to the cloud and digital communications suite. High expectations from the management team in terms of what you were expected to deliver. There was limited career progression. For the Support team, managers often compared you to other staff which is generally unprofessional since each staff has different capabilities. Very high pressure work environment and you were expected to deliver a lot, since the customers have high expectations from the Support team. Extreme emphasis on internal certifications, and the threat of losing your position if you do not pass within three attempts. Lack of communication between different departments. If you are considering different job offers, consider another organization instead.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all reviews very seriously and are pleased to see that pay, benefits and training were up to your standards. We were, however, concerned about your feedback regarding career progression and work environment and reviewed your comments with our leaders within our Support areas. It is not our practice to compare the work of our employees in any open forum. In addition, we intentionally aim to create a very fair and healthy environment with open dialogue between employee and manager. If you would like to provide additional feedback, please feel free to reach out at employeeexperience@quadient.com.

Pros

Great Culture at the Individual Contributor and Middle Management Level. Ok Tech Stack. Good product fit, and the product is 100% a need, not a luxury so its a fairly easy sell. If you are a fledling b2b rep and want tech/SaaS experience this is a decent place to start. Very forgiving, long runway / ramp.

Cons

Leadership is aboslutely lost. Sales org is missing numbers and they have no idea how to right the ship, and its extremely obvious. Ongoing Training sales training is handled by people who have never sold anything. They need to pad margins so they there is constant cuts to the comp plan. They will say they need focus on 1 product then turn around and cut the pay on that product. Base compensation is already bad, but they used to make up for it with commission structure. Now its just bad comp and an ok comp plan leading to not great total comp.
