      Interesting engineering with new products. Pay seems good, and WLB and accommodations for WFH are reasonable.

      Cons

      Teams are a bit siloed by default which can make getting things up and running difficult. Remains to be seen if new stuff can be executed on.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
