Pros
Formerly, arguably the best company in the world to work for. Excellent benefits, salary, bonuses, career growth opportunities, and supporting management.
Cons
Career growth opportunities and promotions have stagnated. Plus, there is a pay freeze and the cash bonus pool = zilch; yet, employees are still expected to dedicate nights and weekends to the company. Management seems to be indifferent to losing key talent to competitors.
