Pros
Great tech company with lots to learn. Most industry tools are at your desire to download and use. Excellent benefits, specially ESPP that they match up to 15% at 15% discounted price. 401K matching is not compatible as they have a limit. Medical premium is paid by the company. If you can't use your vacations you can get paid half by matching.
Cons
Medical benefit changed in 2016 and deductible is high. Most employees complaining. This is really bad changes that they chose. Offsetting no premium basically. Too many H1Bs.
