Pros
It's a good workplace from technical pov. You get to work on the cutting edge before the competitors. You have access to all tools. In my division the flow (setup) was very pervasive. Your colleagues are also very sound technically and helpful too.
Cons
Very bad work-life balance. Because of the flow (setup) you had very little wiggle room to learn about the underlying processes and tinker with them
