      Very smart people and great work culture. Good benefits and compensation. Sufficiently challenging and interesting projects. Enough opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Staffing personnel not the most professional at times. Less than desired documentation and support. Significant amount of bureaucracy in organization.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
