Pros
Great benefits, competitive pay, good people, and a unique company structure and culture that sets things apart from other companies of similar size.
Cons
Not as small a company as it once was (the small company culture is not as prevalent as it used to be), some groups are much better than others to work for, managers often have too much individual leeway with reviews when it is rare you actually work directly with your manager.
