Pros
The fastest growing telecom company. SO has a lot of projects under its wings. Software roles are very diverse, varying from kernel teams to front end.
Cons
Very large company so the growth can be a bit slow. Salary not as much as in other major software companies. The cafetaria is very expensive throughout the campus.
