      Relaxed and informal atmosphere, good people, some very talented, great city. Great benefits including medical insurance, vision, dental, 401k, ESPP, gym, swimming pool. Salary is good for San Diego region.

      Cons

      Can be too laid back at times, at other times too much pressure. The company has been expanding rapidly overseas, but US locations have had layoffs.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
