Pros
Qualcomm has hired, with few exceptions, extremely talented people who are also easy to work with and continues to be able to attract the best and brightest. The standards at the company are very high and all of the facilities are what you would expect of a market leader, including well managed cafeterias, fitness facilities and reverse osmosis drinking water in every break room, which is a small detail but that says a lot about the people that have made this company what it is.
Cons
It's a fast paced work environment and we tend to run a little lean which is good if you like to stay busy but can sometimes feel like a drag when even taking one day off results in having to cram the next 2 days into 1.
