Pros
1. Company cares for its employees. 2. Stable job. 3. Great perks and bonuses. 4. Smart co- workers. 5. Opportunity to learn a lot and work with the best resources. 6. Promotions are fair. 7. Nice location esp if you are in San Diego.
Cons
1. Sometimes work can be stressful esp before important releases or if there are customer issues. But this practice is consistent across the industry. 2. Some leads are sitting on retirement territory and are hopeless and make you hopeless. 3. Other than this I can't think of any.
