Pros
-Fantastic insurance policy -Great half-year review cycle w/ pay raise -Great location (San Diego) -Pretty decent salary -People are really smart Didn't know what to expect going into Qualcomm right out of college but I couldn't have asked for a better first job experience. I had a lot of control on how I wanted to implement the tasks I was assigned (language, frameworks, etc) and also received a lot of help from my peers when I was stuck.
Cons
-Same routine every day made work stale pretty quickly Work got a little too "comfortable" (which makes me feel crazy to write in the 'Cons' section) but I wanted to take advantage of my early 20s and experience the crazy rollercoaster world of startups.
