More than 80% of Saturdays turn out to be working days - mostly to please and service Asian customers. Too much work-load. Frequent sparse work-load stretched over 12 hour days. Most jobs require 24-hour support with a 12-hour shift handled from India which needs untimely conference calls for tracking. All the cons come from a largely Indian mindset, temperament and work-culture.
