Pros
Good teams with reasonable expectations of work, nice people, understanding when you choose to take time off and will always okay your time off requests, good benefits, no micromanaging
Cons
Low pay/monetary compensation relative to other software companies compared to amount of work given, low raises, no salary negotiation, expectation of overtime with no compensation and late night meetings due to frequent collaboration with Indian teams. Not much opportunities for a promotion either.
