      Qualcomm Works on very diverse Technology .. which give you insight to how over all product work. if you are interested in carrier growth in terms of learning , you would ample opportunity to shape you as per you interest. Qualcomm offer better compensation in term of salary and stock than Avg. market

      Cons

      Some time very hectic work .. you may have to work round the clock.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
