      average compensation. Qualcomm is is considered and compared with big company like Apple, Google, however when it comes to compensation, it is not comparable. It is rather compare to national average.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
