      Good projects Ability to get involved fast as a Junior Seniors willing to teach Good compensation for location

      Cons

      Team members lacking communication skills Team not knowing how to deal with Junior engineers (sabotaging their growth at times) Team not knowing how to set clear deadlines or work hours and later complaining. Some team members overwhelming or stifling others opinions (hierarchy)
