Pros
Handled pandemic with compassion and patience. Treat employees well - strong work/life balance. Great benefits. Mission makes for a better world. Beautiful campus. Great collaboration globally with teams across the world.
Cons
Too much politics with upper management. Lack of true leadership among managers and bosses. Not enough projects spread across team for growth. Training budget diminished over time. Bonuses were very minimal even when the company was doing well (stock price up).
