Pros
*Salary *People *Stock *Benefits (though it has been cut down. hope it is temporary) *perks *free food *cab *Work life balance (though team dependent). Decent scope to learn technical stuffs. Always engaged which is good, you will never feel you are wasting time. Overall good place to work with.
Cons
Though pay is decent, it still needs to be revised already considering the net revenue and the pay of the competitors -easily 2 to 3 years behind. Bonus also can be increased.
