      One pro is that you cone to work any tine you like, and leave when u like. But be careful becaz it counts in layoff time.

      Cons

      Since company's stocks are down, very low bonus, and more work becaz of layoffs, so negotiate a good starting salary and sign up bonus.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
