      Good pay, free work environment, collaborative management, excellent training opportunities and good benefits. Fun place to work but things have been tough at the company of late.

      Cons

      Support teams such as IT and CAD groups can be large and heavily process oriented. Can be difficult to complete things with the large bureaucracy to wade through in order to execute. Schedule expectations can be unreasonable at times

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
